Globe-Allianz Sourcing has established a network of preferred vendor relationships with major manufacturing and distribution companies and with specialty niche producers. The majority of the materials and technologies we make available come from China, though we do have manufacturing relationships elsewhere in Asia, including Thailand, and in Italy for furnishings. Through our Shanghai based affiliate, Atlantic International Group and their Chinese Government relationships we have special access to the largest building materials company in the world. We further have joint venture alliances with a western run supply and import export company with more than fifteen years experience in China, SCT Limited, which is headquartered in Shanghai. We have similar relationships with the highly experienced western run, Qi Holding Group, which is headquartered in the Philippines but has supply networks throughout Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and China.

The materials and products we source from Asia include items from moderate quality to materials, products and technologies of the highest standards and quality. We supply products for both residential and commercial building application and much more. Significantly, the homes we supply qualify for a silver rating in the LEEDS Home Program and have upgrades to the platinum level. While the size of the order may impact unit costing, we can supply factory direct extremely large orders or we can provide a consolidation service that ships mixed materials in relatively small quantity.
