Referral to Globe-Allianz Companies

"He who refuses to embrace a unique opportunity loses the prize as surely as if he had tried and failed" - William James

Globe-Allianz LLC and its subsidiary and affiliate companies all rely on and work closely with an array of preferred referral sources in the conduct of business. Each of these companies provides payment for referral services, except in those instances where such payment is restricted by law, administrative code, or ethical guideline. When an appropriate referral source makes a referral that leads to revenue being generated by any company in the Globe-Allianz network, that single referral may lead to a series of payments that are directly linked to the number of revenue streams that are triggered subsequent to the referral.

Globe-Allianz LLC requires the early stage referral of developers and development projects. Madison International Venture Partners LLC requires the early stage referral of both projects and investment buyers. Globe-Allianz Capital requires the referral of developers seeking financing. Globe-Allianz Accord Insurance requires the referral of projects requiring an insurance audit, bonding, and/or comprehensive insurance services. Globe-Allianz Insurance also seeks referral to support insurance for the shipment of sourced building products and materials. Being an insurance company, there are substantial legal restrictions on the payment of referral fees. Quantum Commercial Consultants, on the other hand, has no constraints on its ability to make referral payments to persons referring building owners for its services. Leading Edge Real Estate Inc., as a licensed real estate company, is limited by law and business ethics regarding the professional credentials a referral source must hold to receive payment for services.
