The Globe-Allianz Real Estate Network has been developed to respond to the growth of a worldwide real estate environment not only for special properties in the commercial arena, but for signature residential resort properties as well. Madison International Ventures Partners and Leading Edge Real Estate have both a national and an international vision of real estate investing. Likewise, Atlantic International Group has been positioned for more than ten years serving the South American markets from its Miami, Florida offices, as well as the stunningly expanding markets of Asia, through its Shanghai Headquarters.

The marriage between these various companies made good sense. The idea was to facilitate the introduction of the wealth of Asia, Europe, and South America to the North American markets, and vice versa. From that base grew the idea of building and linking an integrated network of particularly sophisticated marketing and sales companies to act mutually move properties to and for clients around the world and also to set up some particularly sophisticated regional sales showrooms to best showcase special properties and projects. The first companies to join the Globe-Allianz network included the Scollard Group (Toronto, Canada), S. Robert August & Company/Gourmet Real Estate Inc (Greenwood Village, Colorado), and Jacqueline Grellinger with Sotheby's International (Boca Raton, Florida).          

As well as building and linking a brick and mortar network, we are also deploying the sophistication of the world wide web as a marketing and sales platform. Globe-Allianz has long established relationships with companies like NewCondosOnLine, CondoDomain, and Condo.com, each of which is now advertizing international as well as United States properties. Our most substantial focus of late in web based marketing and sales however, has come through our affiliation with a company named Siren, which together with SiteManageware Inc., provide an exceptionally sophisticated web based marketing and sales platform as well as sales management portal.
