Globe-Allianz is the only comprehensive real estate development services and investment company that is also focused on building wealth both for the developers with whom we work (and partner) and for our other qualified investor clients. Within the various Enhancement Strategies of Globe-Allianz Development Group, for example, we advance the returns on a project by the implementation of an integrated set of multiple cost saving strategies that range from restructuring the business plan to outsourcing certain technical services, to introducing preferred financing, to implementing the cost control programs of Cortexion, and much more. Globe-Allianz Development Group even forms a joint venture with the development group in certain projects. 

Our investment services are focused on wealth enhancement for our qualified investors, both through our real estate ventures and through our other investment programs. Globe-Allianz Investment Services offer real estate investment opportunities provided through the various projects of our Globe-Allianz Development Group, Madison International Venture Partners LLC, HBA Homes, and Contempo Group. While not offering direct real estate investment services, our Quantum Consultants Inc nevertheless provides the delivery of exceptional Engineering Based Cost Segregation Studies that offer commercial building owners access to often unknown but powerful tax savings that greatly enhance the investment returns from such properties.    

Madison International Venture Partners LLC is our wholly owned real estate investment company. It is because Globe-Allianz is involved at so many levels in the development process that Madison International can bring the knowledge, opportunity, and confidence in the projects we enter to our investors. Our investment programs offer excellent leveraged profit opportunities and security to our qualified investors while also meeting the needs of the developers whose projects we select. Globe-Allianz Development Group (GDG) is inevitably integrated within the development process in that we routinely become a full joint venture with the development entity. At the present time, GDG is raising capital and offering investors the opportunity to participate in the development of a series of hotel properties being developed in a joint venture with Destination Hotel Partners and select academic institutions. These hotels are being developed on the campuses of various medical schools and universities throughout North America. GDG is also involved in a number of other stunning projects, a listing of which may be found on this site under the "Collection" tab and thereafter within the "G-A Development Group" panel.  

HBA Homes provides a series of programs to its investors that afford access to the purchase of highly selected single family home properties. These properties are bulk acquired at exceptional pricing from lending institutions either during or after the foreclosure process. The idea is to bring a number of investors together, select the "right" properties in the "right" locations at the "right" prices, then buy them free and clear, and rent them to provide cash flow to the investors from the outset. And later sell them into the market at a substantial profit as the markets for these properties re-establish. 

Our Contempo Group provides real estate investment services, lifestyle advancement opportunities, and property management to local and especially overseas buyers seeking "value" in single family residential and luxury villa properties located in some of the finest resort locations in North America, the Caribbean, and Mexico.     

While not presented as an investment vehicle, the Globe-Allianz Letter of Credit Facility provides our developer clients access to special international credit services that support their ability to purchase and ship cost saving building products and materials from overseas. However, these Letter of Credit services may also be used by our joint venture investors in some of the real estate investment programs run by Madison International Venture Partners and in some of our other programs as well.    

Finally, Globe-Allianz also offers qualified investors opportunities for participation in certain start up ventures in which we are involved.
