The Globe-Allianz Collection lists examples of projects in which Globe-Allianz is or has been involved. It also provides examples of the array of products and services provided through the Globe-Allianz Network. 

Under Globe-Allianz Development Group are listed development projects in which this Group is presently involved as a partner or joint-venturer, or has otherwise provided specialized support services. Under Cost Segregation Studies are listed the types of commercial properties with which we have worked to achieve the tax savings made possible through the strategies provided by our Quantum Commercial Consultants. Under Madison International are listed examples of projects in which Madison International has invested through deploying our pre-construction or various other short term bulk purchase programs. Within the "Present Projects" sub-panel are listed some of our present offerings. There are also investment and capital placement opportunities in real estate that are managed through the Globe-Allianz Development Group.
